1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, leaked, or defective at the time of delivery.

  • You have received a wrong product different from your order.

  • The product is within the return window of 7 days from the date of delivery.

Please note:

  • Products that have been opened, used, tampered with, or partially consumed are not eligible for return.

  • All returned items must be in their original packaging, along with the invoice or proof of purchase.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return or replacement:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@platiinumlubricants.com within 7 days of receiving the order.

  2. Provide details such as:

    • Order number

    • Product name

    • Reason for return

    • Photos of the product and packaging (if damaged or incorrect)

  3. Our team will verify your request and guide you through the next steps.

After inspection and approval, we’ll arrange for the product to be picked up or request you to ship it back to our nearest warehouse.


3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or as store credit.


4. Replacement Policy

In case of verified manufacturing defects or delivery errors, a free replacement will be issued at no additional cost.
If the requested product is out of stock, you may choose a similar product or receive a full refund.


5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or opened lubricant containers

  • Items purchased from unauthorized dealers or third-party resellers

  • Free samples, promotional, or giveaway items


6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

  • Once the product is shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may request a return after delivery as per the above policy.
